I recently bought a Cyborg 2. The device is excellent, but soon after purchase the joystick developed drift and became unusable. Your support team sent me a replacement and it is now working perfectly.
I would like to repair the defective module and keep an extra spare, since I live in Latin America and shipments take time to arrive. I was without the Cyborg 2 for almost fifteen days while the issue was being resolved. If I had had the spare, I could have fixed it sooner.
In forums and on Reddit I was told the issue can be related to the joystick sensor and that replacing it can bring the stick back to life. One user told me the module is from GuliKit. On AliExpress I found several versions for Xbox, PS4, PS5, and Switch Pro. The Xbox and PS4 versions can be told apart because the sensor capsule has a different color. However, the PS5 and Switch Pro versions are both black and have no markings to distinguish them. The module in my Cyborg 2 is also black, so I do not know which version it is.
Could you please confirm which GuliKit joystick version the Cyborg 2 uses, PS5 or Switch Pro? With that information I can buy the correct spare and repair the defective module.
