I am having a problem with my Cyro where the mouse wheel isn’t registering all the turns.
I emailed info@azeron.eu and after some tests they agreed i could send it back to have a new wheel soldered on but they would need my details and some pictures of the Cyro before they could send me a return postage label. I sent the details back to them last Thursday but they still haven’t responded to me. Before they were normally responding pretty much on the same day so it seems weird that they have been silent for so long. I use the Cyro as my go to Mouse as the size is good for me ergonomically so I’m hoping to get it sorted ASAP.
Does anyone have any experience with this or know how long it might take them to respond?
