I got a Azeron compact 2nd hand from a guy and by my own fault broke one of the rails. I tried to order a set of rails but it asks for an order number to get comparable parts but I obviously dont have that information. How do I proceed and get the parts that I need to get my compact fixed?

If you take the palm rest off, there is a QR sticker that consists of 5 numbers, that will do the trick. If its a longer number or STL followed by numbers, then you have to email us on info@azeron.eu and we will be able to give you the order number for the keypad
