Not a computer savvy person - Seriously

I understand very little in the manual, I am 75 years young and am rated 100% disabled with the VA. This is my 2nd Cyro, the first one arrived the day before a much needed surgery and when I came home I knocked it off my desk and it hit the ground and broke, i tried to glue it but no luck so i ordered another. I have had this one for a few weeks but cant seem to understand how to program it to my needs.

The Profile #1 or #2 would work just fine except I have been unable to get many of the buttons to accept the game function I want to use.

Profile #2 Example: I play Path of Exile and (I do not use the joystick or the WASD functions yet) I cannot seem to get Azeron keys #1-#2-#3-#4-#5-#7-#9-#10 & #14 to program.

I have similar issues with ---> Diablo II - Diablo III - Last Epoch - Torchlight II & III & others. Hopefully you can help, I recently lost 80% use of my left hand and this cyro is great except for "MY" inability to understand how to program.

Please respond as though you were talking to a 6 year old, meaning "step by step".

The bottom line for me is your provided Profile #1 & #2 fresh out of the box my cyro is perfect for me "IF" I could program the #'s noted above in the games I play.

To be clear in your provided profile 2 the #'s I didn't list above, program with no issues. (#7 - #11 - # 12 - #15 - #16 & #17 always seem to program in the games I play. I expect this will be an easy fix, thanks again -- Dutch
