Non-slip pad enhancement

Hi,
I've just received my azeron classic compact and it's an amazing tool.

My first impression is really good except for one detail about non-slip pad.

When i press the button over the joystick, the pad is slipping on the left little by little and i have to move it back once in a while.
It would be a good enhancement to increase non-slip pad's size or increase the adhesion.
