No option for sequence or macro in my keyboard drop down menu?

I'm trying to set up a sequence or macro where I hit one key and immediately hit another key and hold it. But unlike in the help videos my drop down menu has no sequence or macro selections. What gives?

Macro selection is available on the software profiles only.
Switch to the software profiles and then the macro will appear in the dropdown menu

Ok thanks, one more question is the sequence was not there in software mode has that been eliminated. What is the difference between sequence and macro?

If you have Cyborg v1 or older device, the sequence feature won't be there.
For sequence you can enter few keys to work in sequence on the press.
For macros you can do delays, holds of the key and other stuff
