This is my third Azeron. But this one (New Cyborg 2) has keys that are almost pointy and sharp on the edges. I feel them constantly while playing. I even tried to file them down a little. I compared them to my Cyborg 1 and the keys on that are smooth and rounded, They feel great. Is this a quality control issue or is the new Cyborg designed like this? It looks like the keys were just printed and that was it. No burs removed or starpness checked. The edges are just so sharp at the corners they poke my fingers constantly on the sides when I rub against them. I cant be the only one who noticed this. Is this intentional the new Cyborg 2 or are these keys bad? It's like the keys didn't print right and were used anyways. The printing is just so different then the Cyborg 1 I have.

Attach few photos with the buttons from closer distance.
The Cyborg ll buttons are ''pointier''

Here the yellow are the new Cyborg 2. Very annoying sharp points that keep rubbing my fingers. The Red is my Cyborg 1 which are more smooth for comparison.

Just to thank you and your team. Your team has always been very responsive to issues. I love the Azeron and will keep buying them and recommending to friend, clients of mine, and other gamers I come across. I have got a lot of friends and people I have come across to get these for themselves. But I believe you have three flaws in this new version that I would love to show you if I could. I don't know if you are in any position to help or even care but I just want this product to be the best it can. Just to be clear, I'm not looking for a replacement, I'm not looking for a refund, I'm not looking for anything. I just want the product to be the best it can be. I loved the first two I had but this new one almost makes we wish I just got a another Cyborg 1. The new software and longer lasting buttons is what made me go with the Cyborg 2 but right now I'm a little sour on it as I'm going to have to take this apart and mod it myself to get it to not move and round the buttons a little more.

One: the pointy keys pictured above.

Two: thumbstick is not centered (is this intentional?) Here are picks of mine. Both my old Azerons do not have this and are centered almost perfect. The Cyborg 2 is not and it's slightly noticeable, but when you use the restrictor ring it is way more noticeable as when you push forward you almost immediately max it out compared to pulling it back you can feel more room to move it back. First two pics you can see it is more forward then back. the next four picks show just the different sides and with the restrictor ring attached how much closer to the front it is then to the back.

Three: I don't know why this is happening but I have tightened the hell out of my Azeron to keep the buttons form moving but they move way more easily then in the last versions. I dont know what is happening here. its not even a lot of pressure but they are all moving. (During gaming it's driving me crazy when it happens). I have even used good quality hex wrenches to make sure I could tighten the hell out of them to the max and I have, the screws wont even move anymore. But I still have a lot of movement in the towers that hold the buttons and it's way more then I had in my Cyborg 1. I took a video of that too. First tower is extremely lose. Second is not that bad. but the third and fourth are also lose. I have only had this for about a month so it should not be moving like this.

Hard to say from the pictures.
The shape definetely changed, whether it`s sharp I guess that can't be seen from the pictures.

To ensure the stick is centered, you can unscrew the module and check inside on whether the joystick is soldered on correctly on the PCB board. Have seen cases, where there were little gaps on either of the sides, that would make the stick slightly point to one side.

How tight are the joints ? Attach pictures of them. That`s quite a lot of strength used to move the towers, woudn't recommend it, but difference could be seen.

In the images posted I had sanded down the other buttons already , But I had not got to the yellow ones yet. I think the yellow ones still look pretty edgy in the pics. I have since removed all the keys and used a small buffing wheel to make them more like the older where they are more rounded and smooth.

I will have to see inside the thumb stick to see how it is soldered and see if that's the cause. I will do that later this week and let you know.

I couldn't tighten the screws any more I actually stripped two of the screws I tightened them so much and had to replace one screw I was able to get out with another wrench but had drill out the other so I could replace that one. I was able to place a small slip of sandpaper into the joints to increase the tightness and friction. That worked and actually worked very well. I have no movement even testing and pressing very hard they all now stay in place. I highly suggest to anyone having the same issue as an easy fix.
But if I didn't do that then the joints would move with some force and I am not pressing all that hard. Just regular gaming would make them move slightly, especially if I got a little excited while playing and pressed to hard the one finger would just flip completely back. My older Azeron's did not move that much, but still had a little movement if pressed hard.

Here's the sanded keys image and the ball joint insert image
