Just got my Cyborg II and I'm still setting it up. I love the design and how it looks, but already I'm facing some issues.
Upon trying to adjust the spacing on the fingers, three of the screws were already stripped. Two of them I was able to wedge the screwdriver to get a bite and was able to replace them with the spare screws that were provided. The third screw, however, was a lost cause. I could not get a bite on it. Not with the provided screwdriver, not with any pliers (which ended up scoring the base slightly). So that screw is currently stuck on tight forever.
I want to be clear that I did *not* turn those screws tighter or even touch them before trying to loosen them for the first time.
And another issue I found was that the knuckle button for the middle finger was very loose. It was jiggling around, and moved side to side, more than the other buttons. I checked the screws there and they were tightly secured as well. Not wanting to risk stripping them by turning too forcefully, I left those as is. So the button still wobbles. I get that it's 3D printed so that can happen, but a fix/suggestion would be lovely as sometimes when I try to tap it, it doesn't register properly because of the wiggle.
I have included photos with this post.
This is an amazing product that helps disabled people like me continue to be able to do the things I love. I can't wait to see the improvements continue. I just hope that there will be sturdier screws in the future. Haha.
