New compact controller frequently malfunctions

I have an issue with the new compact controller I ordered about a month ago from the website. I will be playing a game and then suddenly I hear a windows notification sound and my controller will stop working properly. Inputs become stuck like the direction of the joystick and other keys, though the keys and joystick still function for the most part. So my character will continuously walk in some direction when I am not touching anything, and clicking a text input box shows constant key presses like "ffffffffffffffffffffff". If I go into the Azeron program it will be at the general settings screen with no way for me to see the profiles. I am able to fix the issue temporarily by unplugging the controller, pressing the move buttons on my keyboard, and restarting the Azeron program. Closing all of my apps without unplugging the controller does not fix the issue. One time after the issue occurred I just did nothing for about 10 minutes and the stuck inputs stopped, and the controller stopped working. I then closed the Azeron program and tried to open it again but it just stayed in a sort of loading state for several minutes with the Azeron logo fading in and out repeatedly. When I do successfully stop the issue, everything will work well for a while but it eventually happens again. Sometimes I can play hours without it happening. On average I guess it happens every couple of hours. It might be worth mentioning that I use AutoHotkey to create macros, but that seems unlikely to be causing the issue because stopping the macros doesn't fix it, and I see nothing in the code I wrote that would cause problems. I have tried different USB ports. I have yet to try reinstalling or resetting any of the software. I've attached a screenshot of an error message I got once.

I just followed all of the instructions for reinstalling the software and firmware and the issue happened again after an hour or so.

The Keypad keeps disconnecting by looks of it.
Once the keypad is connected, try moving the usb cable and the keypad itslef to see if it disconnects whilst doing that.

I have similar results with keys that have macros stored into them. Keypad will cruise along playing nicely then all of a sudden start ending macros with repeated key presses. It will complete the macro perfectly & then repeat whatever keystrokes were programmed in the string. It's like the "repeat while held down" toggle goes crazy (btw, in the macros I use that option is never toggled on). It seems to be a random amount of time before the keypad will start acting this way. Any edit to the button layout will get back on the right track (only to sometime in the near future start acting up again). I don't quite have my head wrapped around it, yet (but I want to point a finger at the "repeat while held down" toggle). I never have any issues with single button programming... only macros.

This programming for "cut" will eventually turn into a Windows cut followed by typing this string: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

It never ever happens for the binds without macros ?

I think I have stumbled on to something. I believe (at least my letter repeating) has to do with whether or not the software window is minimized. The macros (testing in Notepad) work brilliantly when the software window is not minimized. The very second it gets minimized, this repeating problem comes into play.

Thanks for letting us know, we really appreciate that.
We will try to reproduce it
