Mouse input to joystick input

Let me start by saying that my left arm was amputated a couple of months ago and this mouse has made it so I could play all of my favorite games again. I have been playing Monster Hunter Wilds better than most people with two hands!

I was wondering if it was possible to change the mouse input to be Xbox joystick input for games like session and skater xl?

Should be possible with third party apps, but requires emulation, which can lead to a ban in multiplayer games.
