I understand that I can configure my Cyborg using a PC and then use it for a Mac. I have no PC so I have to go to a friend to change settings. It would be great if we could at least get a minimal Mac software do adjust key setup directly on the Mac.

reWASD is not available for Mac, unfortunately only two are available for Mac with similar functionality. The best Mac alternative is Joystick Mapper as "I'm This Guy" said. It's not free, so if you're looking for a free alternative, you could try ShockEmu (gamepad fork).
if you own a PC or laptop, you can install reWASD there, and then use an External device feature to emulate an External virtual controller. After that, connect it via Bluetooth to your Mac.
