I used a gamer command unit (by madcatz) for about 15 years, because of a single function no other device had. and i think (finaly) your cyborg is able to do the same.
its about the release behavior. with the command unit, i can set up advanced settins: e.g. in the screen shot

in the first "Drücken" (press) line i have set up, what happens, when i initialy hit a button. here it presses the "2" and after 0,05 sec it releases the button again.
when i keep holding the same button on my device the seccond line "Wiederholung" (repeat) is used. after 0,05 sec "2" is pressed again, another 0,1 sec later it is released again, 0,15 sec later the middle mouse button is pressed, 0,2 sec later it is released. then it starts again. it repeats the macro in the middle line untill i release the key of my device.
on releasing the button, the third line "Loslassen" (release) becomes active. as you can see, it presses and releases the "1" three times.

Line one and two have a checkbox. if you activate it, it is doing the whole line untill the end, even if you dont hold the button down the whole time of the macro. if you uncheck it, it instantly stopps the macro.

my presented macro is for warhammer 40.000: darktide. when i press the button, my char switches to a ranged weapon and keeps it untill i release the button. when i release it, it switches back to my meelee weapon. in addition, while i hold down the button it keeps trying to switch to ranged (if some other animation has blocked the initial weapon switching, it is just done later) and marks special enemies with the middle mouse button.

I have seen a screen shot of the azeron software, where you can set up macros. but i cant find in the software.
and the "release behavior" is doing something else. more like the third line in my screenshot, it seems to have kind of the function, the macro checkbox in my screenshot has...

so... is there a way, to make the cyborg do, what i want it to do?

kindly regards from germany

Macro function is available in the software profiles, so toggle software profile to ''on'', highlight it and you will be able to select it.
In current software version, macro does not have the option for the release behavior, so you can only set one cycle or repeat it whilst held down ( so macro will repeat whilst you hold the button ), but it can't switch to ''Wiederholung'' lane, as it can only repeat a whole macro. or ''Loslassen'' since there is no function to automatically press anything on button release.

Check out Rewasd, maybe it offers such macro option, but then again, if this command unit does the trick for you, might as well use it

thx for the kind answer.
the command unit isnt produced anymore for at least 10 years... this is why i was happy to have found the cyborg. for most cases it works fine. and for special cases i can still build my own macros with python or autoit.

maybe one day, when your pipeline of requested features is empty, you guys maybe take a look for deeper options like this. would be nice.

kindly regards

I have passed the information on to software devs.
Requests never stop flowing in :)

Any updates on the this feature? would really be appreciated. Even if it is not implemented, maybe a timeline or something like that.

At the moment, there isn't any specific update I can share, as we're reviewing and prioritizing a large number of feature requests.
While we don’t have a timeline just yet, rest assured that we're actively working through these requests.
Thanks for your patience and understanding. Make sure to keep your software up to date, to not miss any of the features being implemented.
