Keypad not recognised after software crashed during firmware update

I've got an Azeron Compact and when I plugged it in today, using software 1.5.4, was prompted to do a firmware update. The Azeron software crashed at the keypad reset stage (Windows telling me the program isn't responding, which happens a lot...), and now when I start the software I just get the "plug in your device" message forever.

The keypad profile lights aren't lighting up anymore, but Windows recognises it as a "USB input device", and I get the USB connection noise when I plug it in. I've tried starting the software with the keypad plugged in, not plugged in, reinstalled the software, rebooted a bunch of times but I'm out of ideas.

I'd appreciate some guidance.

Thanks

Thanks. It doesn't show up as a USB device in Device Manager, though, I just get an extra "HID-compliant vendor-defined device" (1 of 10) and a "USB Input Device" (1 of 14) under "Human Interface Devices". None of those give me any indication as to which one is the Azeron.

That's whether I plug it in normally or try and do it in bootloader mode. So I can't do the first step, uninstall the driver.

skip uninstalling drivers part and continue with Cubeprogrammer, see if it gets recognised in there

I looked some more on your site and found that old models with the green board need to be flashed with the Teensy app, not Cubeprogrammer, so I've done that and now it works!

Thanks
