I use one of the keys for walking (W) in the game I play. At 1st it responded perfectly but after a few weeks it doesn't respond all the time. I'm constantly having to press let go, press let go. I then switched my walk to a different key and the same thing after a few weeks. I only have use of my left hand and it is very limited so I can't use the joystick for my direction movement. Please any help would be appreciated. This is my 2nd Cyro and it did the same thing on the 1st one.

Is it phisically clicking and releasing ?
Try resetting the device and creating a blank profile, see if it works on a new profile
Export the log file from sw / settings / troubleshooting and attach here. Tick to include logs before save, so we see all the info
Yes the keys do click and release. I will reset the device and create a new profile and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the quick response to my problem.
