Joystick stuck at max Y-axis – only moves left/right at top (Cyborg 2, brand new)

Hey everyone,

I received my brand new Azeron Cyborg 2 today, and I’ve run into an issue with the joystick.

As soon as I opened the software and tried to calibrate, I noticed the joystick is stuck at the **maximum Y-axis value**. The calibration screen shows the dot all the way at the top, and it only moves left and right across that line – no vertical movement is detected at all. Even when the stick is at rest, it’s as if it’s being pushed upward constantly.

What I’ve tried so far:
- Firmware reinstall
- Factory reset
- Several calibration attempts (keeping stick neutral)
- Different software versions
- Verified that joystick mode is set to analog

Physically the stick feels fine, but it just doesn’t report properly to the software. I’ve also contacted support already, but I’m hoping someone here might know if this could be fixed, or if I just need to replace the Hall-effect sensor.

Attaching some screenshots of what the calibration looks like.

Any tips or similar experiences would really help – thanks!

Re-sit the x/y/ grounding and v5 wire for joystick.

Unplug your usb first, then open up the palmrest by unscrewing the 3 deep recessed screws underneath the Azeron, then lift the palmrest off your keypad.
Disconnect the wire and re-connect it again, making sure the wire is making a clean contact, no hair wires stray from the blanc cable, and no insulation is stuck in the screw-in clamp. You can plug in your usb again while the palmrest is open to test the joystick, just make sure you are not touching any of the wires or board while your Azeron is plugged in.
