Hello! I've already sent an email to Azeron about this issue but I was wondering if anyone here also had any solutions. I'm not very savvy when it comes to hardware. I received my Cyborg 2 yesterday but it's been having persistent issues with joystick drifting. It started gradually but now I cannot stop the drift. I've re-plugged my Azeron into my PC multiple times and attempted to recalibrate the joystick (it would just error out when stuck). Now my D-Pad above the joystick is also unresponsive. All my other keys respond highlighted.
You woul dneed to re-sit the grounding and v5 wire for the joystick module
Unplug your USB first, then open up the palmrest by unscrewing the 3 deep recessed screws underneath the Azeron, then lift the palmrest off your keypad. Inspect the wires if everything seems connected.
Disconnect the wires mentioned aboce nd re-connect it again, making sure the wire is making a clean contact, no hair wires stray from the blanc cable, and no insulation is stuck in the screw-in clamp. You can plug in your USB again while the palmrest is open to test the key, just make sure you are not touching any of the wires or board while your Azeron is plugged in.
