Fed Ex has failed to deliver my purchase

Apparently FedEx had my purchase on hold. I am guessing the FedEx company in the U.S. think Latvia is Russia? Six straight days the FedEx app said "Guarantee delivery by 10pm tonight. Stuck in Memphis, Tennessee for 6 straight days. Did they ask me to have it released? NO! Did they tell me it was on hold? NO! It is bad enough it cost $50 for tariff fees in addition to what it cost to pay for the FedEx to deliver your product. I recommend you look to use a company other than FedEx to ship things. I did complain last night in a message to FedEx and they got off the their butt and got your item to my home before 5 pm today.
Imagine how long my purchase would have sat in Memphis if I just was Mr. Nice Guy believing guaranteed delivery? To FedEx, Latvia is a risk. A big insult to the Baltic States!

Think it was just timing, as they usually can't do anything about the orders waiting for custom clearance, if that was your case
