does it matter which USB-port it's being plugged into?- New user..

Hi!

I received my cyro today and tried to plug it into one of my 2 USB-ports in the front of my PC case.. The cyro lit up, but the azeron software did not recognize it nor could i move the mouse cursor with it. With help we tried plugging it into a motherboard USB-port and it suddenly worked... I need to be able to plug it in and out with ease, so i need it to work with any usb-port...

Is this a known issue, or is my device perhaps defective?

Your front port might not provide enough power.
Check the front port with another device, to confirm it`s working correctly.

If you constantly need plugging in and out for extra devices, I would suggest a powered usb hub.
