I recently had a spinal fusion that’s unfortunately left my left hand almost unusable with a keyboard and was looking at alternatives to MNK because many of my favorite games (MMOs) either have no controller support or very poorly optimized controller tab targeting. My hand locks up when trying to use WASD for too long and if I throw in Shift, E/R/F, numbers etc, it’s a guaranteed lock up lol. I have full use of my left hand, it just locks up in those situations and it’s hard for me lifting my ring and pinky fingers upward without extreme concentration, so I wonder if the Cyborg would even be an option? I’m used to playing at 4-8k polling rate on mouse and was wondering how responsive the Cyro would be for me? Or if there’s a combo I haven’t figured out yet. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.

You can definitely still choose a Cyborg device. I actually think it would be the best fit for you, since you mentioned having a full use of your left hand.
You can bind keys like ESC or other not often used actions to the pinky and ring finger top keys, so you can avoid lifting these fingers as much as possible. You can also just choose to not bind any keys to the top keys, as there are enough other keys on the device.
The cyro device has a 1000hz polling rate.

You can still play the game even if your left hand is limited, by changing the control device to reduce the load on the fingers that are stiff when using the traditional keyboard (WASD). But the best solution is to use a multi-button MMO Mouse on the side (Logitech G600, Corsair Scimitar) to transfer skills, number keys, and even movement to the right thumb.

I have use only in my Right hand. I have a Byowave Proteus Controller for Games which support Xbox Controllers, the v2 coming out supports HID as well which should open things up some but for other Keyboard/Mouse games which arent supporting Controllers I just got myself a Azeron Cyro which is both mouse and keyboard. I hope that helps.

Bought a Cyborg 2 last night and am second guessing my size choice. My hands are 7.9 inches from middle finger tip to wrist, but my pinky and thumb are short and stubby lol. Was wondering how much reach I’d need for the large, since that’s what I ordered. Or is there some wiggle room with adjustments? I have spinal cord damage and getting my pinky and ring fingers to fit in a non stretched way is very important to me. This is a very time sensitive issue because I need to contact them if I need to modify my order.
