Device is not recognized

I've been seeing a pop up for updating my program for a while and finally did, now I'm stuck on the "plug-in your device" and it refuses to recognize it's plugged in. I've followed the guide for uninstalling and reinstalling the program but it has not worked. is my cyborg II just bricked?

would require a manual fw reinstallation as most likely something didn't reprogram correctly.

It doesn’t necessarily mean your Cyborg II is bricked. Try using a different USB cable or port (preferably a direct connection, not through a hub), and make sure drivers are fully updated. If possible, test it on another computer to rule out system issues. Sometimes a full uninstall with a reboot before reinstalling helps the program recognize the device again.
