TH device just stopped working. No reason at all. I plug it in and it searches for awhile and when it does connect none of the imputs light up anymore. I updated the device and it still does not register

issue still there?
does the device manager see device ?
do you hear usb notification when you are connecting it ?
is the LED light on ?
