Why not have Cyborg style buttons on a mouse? It just seems like it's inevitable given your current product line. Cyborg's layout is much easier for my brain to work with because I don't have to move my finger to a specific location or remember which location does which thing. I can just choose between 4 fingers and then choose a direction directions. I can group similar actions to one finger and it makes keeping track of everything even easier. The amount of movement required for Cyborg's button layout is minimised. This allows faster inputs...and it is especially helpful for stiff or authuritic hands which don't like stretching and bending to reach keys. The only obvious reason why this is perhaps not ideal for a mouse would be the movement of the hand for mouse pointer input makes keeping your fingers in the correct positions a bit more difficult. But, I would think that Cyro's hand strap would resolve most or all of this.

Another possible solution would be to replace the paddles that are used on Cyborg with a finger tube (think of a piece of 20-25mm PVC pipe about 20-30mm long...now skeletonise it for ventilation) which fits your finger inside of it. If you push down on it it triggers normal mouse clicks... left, right, and up all activate their own triggers. Alternatively you could have a left, right, and two down triggers...one in front and one is back. And with the finger tube design lifting your finger or pulling your fingertip back lifts your knuckles and activates the front click...which would replace the up input. This second option would probably help to minimise bulk since there's no hardware above the finger tube...though I would imagine needing to have the finger tubes tilt might add a bit of design complexity. With either design, each finger's tube could be independently adjustable.

At any rate, that's my spin on a Cyborg'd Cyro, but any Cyborg/Cyro hybrid will do. I am more than happy to be the test dummy if you want to send me a prototype in exchange for giving you the new product line concept :) .

You need a grip for the mouse, Cyborg style layout wouldn't allow you to grip and move the device or you would be pressing the keys

I don't know about that one. I don't accidentally click the front or side buttons on my current gaming mouse when I'm using them for my grip fingers. And I would imagine that the strap would minimise the chance of accidental clicks even more. Also, buttons can be changed to different activation pressures anyway. So you'd just need to use buttons with slightly higher activation pressure if accidental clicks ended up being a problem.
