Cyborg keys stopped working :-(

Hello.

I had a cyborg 2 from a month ago. I use it daily on the Xbox and it is amazing. The problem is today I finally put in on the magnetic base thingy and it just stopped working. The change profile light is on but that's it. No keys or thumbstick work. I did not change anything at all.
I've tried all the USB ports and nothing. I've plugged a keyboard into the Xbox and it works fine. Unplugged the azeron and plugged back in and nothing.
When I press the change profile button on the side (which 1 is lit up), it doesn't change to any of the other 3 lights at all. Not sure if this matters as I only have 1 profile loaded in/ configured?
Did I break something? :-( I'm lost. Have emailed tech support but hoping someone here may have a potential solution before I have to get them.

Also, I have a Mac and used Parallels to configure it which worked great. My trial has now expired and no access to a Windows PC :-(

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

This has been resolved I believe.
The profile was stuck for some reason?
