Bonjour l'équipe Azeron, j'ai un problème avec mon clavier cyborg, mon joystick bouge tout seul et les boutons ne sont pas au bon endroit. merci pour votre aide et j'envoie la photo sur twitter.

Most likely you have the classic/compact firmware installed instead of Cyborg.
Please download an install the latest software and v57 Cyborg firmware.

I just received my Cyborg Keypad today and I am unable to calibrate the joystick. when calibrating, I rotate the joystick clockwise and the pointer onscreen only stays on the left wall and goes up and down. I have tried to upgrading the firmware several times and it worked once out of 5 upgrades, but after about 5 minutes of customizing my controls in the azeron v22 software, the cursor shows that it is not responding again. when I tried to calibrate again, it stayed on the left wall, only able to go up and down on the left wall.

I am very frustrated with it not working out of the box even though I followed all of the setup instructions. Please let me know ASAP

Since it is intermitent it sounds like a connection issue. Try re-sitting the wires for X/Y axis on teensy board.

I Re-Sat the Blue and Green Wire and the problem is the same. However, If I keep the Blue wire disconnected, the center point of my joystick is centered. With blue wire still disconnected I can move the center dot diagonally from bottom-left to center and from center to top-right as this is probably due to the limitation of the green wire movement of the joystick without blue. Now that I have connected back the blue Wire and disconnect the Green wire, my center point stays flickering just left of S (down) and doesn't really move.
The joystick is only showing an output of D and A of the WASD buttons.

This problem has been persistent, I have only had one time after reloading firmware that it seemed to work until just after the joystick calibration where it has remained in this state. I have loaded the firmware a few more times (like 5) with all having the same result.
I have even re-sat the Red wire and the Pink wire with the controller, but having the same issue.

How can I get a replacement for this one as I am eager to use it and I am afraid that this one is defective

Won't make you check for the issues on the board itself.
Please email us on info@azeron.eu stating the issue / current address / orders number and we will send you a replacement module, if you feel comfortable swapping it yourself.
You can refer to this guide.
If you don't feel comfortable on doing that, we can arrange the keypad to be repaired by us.
