I have connected my refurbished Cyborg keypad and downloaded the software according to the setup instructions. Unfortunately, it is not recognized by the Escape from Tarov game. Is there something that I'm not doing or forgot to do? Also, is there a way to download the keybinds for EFT?

Is Azeron recognised in the Azeron software and respond to inputs when pressed ?
Ensure you are on the correct profile you, which means the profile you have setup is selected and highlighted in the software.
Test it first by switching all inputs, the buttons and joystick to keyboard mode, as the keyboard input should always be picked up.
There are quite a few binds that can be found on discord - https://discord.gg/9tw9pju, search for escape from tarkov and you should be able to find few posts
It is recognized by the Azeron software and the control panel of my pc. I tried to set the key binds on eft, but every time I clicked a button there was nothing in the game keybinds. Thanks for the eft keybinds link.
did you map the keyboard input ? Does the joystick work when set to WASD?
