Cyborg broken after Firmware update

PC has Windows 10 installed.
Two days ago my Azeron Cyborg started randomly disconnecting and reconnecting(with the Windows sound).
I noticed that the old software doesn't check for software updates.
Hoping to find a solution I checked the site and downloaded the latest release 1.1.1. which prompted me that I absolutely have to update my firmware to 72 which I did. I Played a game or two without any issues.

Since today it doesn't work and the only workaround I have found is to unplug it, switch to my second profile (push the button in) and then plug it in again. It seems to be working, but as soon as I switch back to my main profile, it stops working again.
The LED is still on and windows seems to recognize it, but no button does anything. And the first profile gets set to this (first pic. the empty buttons and the joystick are replaced)

EDIT: If it's unresponsive the software is just telling me to select a device(there are no options)
I really hope someone can help me I was looking forward to play lots of games this holiday season.

Pretty much a similar issue when I auto updated this on my Cyborg and when it reboooted it said I needed to install the latest firmware. Hit the install button "Firmware Failed" message. Unplugged and restarted with a clean reset and wipe. On restart it popped up with mandatory firmware update so I tried again with another "Firware Failed" message. Rinse and repeat but it won't successfully update the firmware. After the latest software install my version info is software 1.1.1 and firmware version is 77. Any help on this because it is tiring having to unplug my device everytime I want to use it. It does work if I cancell out the firmware update message, but it pops up everytime I start the software. P.S. Just noticed that when I re-start the software to use the keypad, cancel out the firware popu, it creates backup profiles on its own. This software update has been a disaster for me, good thing my return window on Amazon doesn't close until January.

Clean reset it should fix the issue and make sure you manually install the latest firmware -

I fixed it myself already.
After botting I switched to the second(working) profile before starting the App.
Then, I re-bound all buttons again, so that there weren't any weird names like +W+
That seems to have done the trick
