Profiles that I make for the on-board memory will not save to my cyborg 2. Anytime the device is either unplugged from my PC or if the PC is shutdown, the profiles reset in addition to my joystick calibration. I've even performed a manual re-install of the firmware. Please help.

Sounds like a hardware issue and the board would need to be replaced.
