Cyborg 2 one Key button stopped working

What is the resolution for having one key that just stopped working? All others work fine, and I am using same profile I have for many months, so there has been no input change. thanks

If it does not light up when pressed -

• Unplug your usb first, then open up the palmrest by unscrewing the 3 deep recessed screws underneath the Azeron, then lift the palmrest off your keypad. Inspect the wires if everything seems connected. Check for your non-functioning key in this circuit diagram: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1axo-aO__DAPN0JLOLPwUEd83HLnrzD6jn3QIbucUIO4/edit?usp=sharing,
• Disconnect the wire for that key and re-connect it again, making sure the wire is making a clean contact, no hair wires stray from the blanc cable, and no insulation is stuck in the screw-in clamp. You can plug in your usb again while the palmrest is open to test the key, just make sure you are not touching any of the wires or board while your Azeron is plugged in.

i was travelling and just had time to get to this...it worked! The wire seemed to be loose on the skill 3 middle finger button. I tried to stuff wire in a bit more and then tightened, it works. However I am not impressed, only had the CY2 for 6 mos, and had the compac before that. I want to play when I have the time not fix equipment i paid a premium for.

We could solder directly to the board, but that would kill the opportunity for the people that can't solder to fix or modify their keypads with swappping towers and stuff.
