Cyborg 2 not connecting after I installed a new graphics card.

I installed a new graphics card yesterday, and now I'm stuck on the "plug in your device" prompt when I launch the program. I've attempted to follow some of the hard reset guides, but my cyborg isn't showing up in device manager. I went a couple steps ahead to see what else I would need to do and noticed that I also don't seem to have a reset button that some of the guides mention, just a blank plate on the other side of the pinhole.

I wasn't sure what a good next step would be, or what steps I may have missed, so I figured it was time to ask here.

Try connecting to another PC, to verify if it works

When I plugged into a second PC I ran into the same issues. The profile selection light has been on when the keypad is plugged into either machine so it's at least receiving power, just not being recognized for some reason.

I suspect a damaged board.
Does plugging back into original machine now has the power on as well or no ?
Try a different usb cable.
You are plugging it directly, no hubs?

I should've clarified better, but on both machines it did have power, I did end up trying a different cable and had the same results, and I am plugging directly into the machine, if any of that helps.

I noticed something weird while using the USB tree viewer mentioned in the most recent guide posted to the discord. Even when I plugged my keypad it into a port I confirmed was working nothing popped up. I tested with a wireless mouse and flash drive, and both of them worked as expected with the viewer. So I'm also leaning towards it being a damaged board, which is odd since it was just sitting on my bed while I installed the graphics card.
