Cyborg 2 - Issues

I have had the Cybrog 2 for about 6 weeks or less and used it about 4 times. With this time the stick has gotten stuck on W and the whole keypad has become unresponsive.

Resetting the device, profiles etc resolved the issue before but now the issue is back but this time the thumb stick is completely unresponsive.

This however ONLY happens when the Azeron Software is open, if I could some how "pre-load and pre-config" the stick and buttons I would navigate around this issue. My Cyborg 1 during thid time has never had an issue.

I have, reseated the cables, checked the cannections with the thumb stick, blowm it out with compressed air and still no luck. This one seems to be a software error, any ideas?

Strange issue.
Unless when you open the software, it jumps to software profile where the deadzones are set incorrectly.
You can try resetting the device in settings tab and make sure the onboard profiles are on, when software is launched.
