Considering buying but reluctant because I'm not sure how it will feel.

My hands are about 20-21cm wrist to tip of ring finger. It looks like normally the curved palm rest is best and more ergonomic, but in the customizer tool it suggests flat might be better for larger hands. Can anyone speak to this?

Really wish I had a "display model" to test with, especially for the key paddle things...but this controller looks really great and I'm tempted to take a chance.

I am aware of the large hands model.

If I get it and it doesn't fit my hand, what can I do?

Cyborg or Keyzen ?

Keyzen comes with both palmrests

The Cyborg would have to be large with such hand size, I believe you should be good with curved as well, if you are unsure, you can choose both. Aruond 80% or more use curved palmrests.

If it does not fit, get in touch with customer support, see whether we can advice on some tips of adjusting first before returning the product

Been There And Done That. I Preface This With, I Have Small Hands And Short And Stubby Fingers. I Purchased The Cyborg And Found That Palm Actually "Pulled" My Hand Away As To Where I Couldn't Reach The Keys. I Also Purchased The Cyro And The Button Were Small And Tightly Spaced, Where As I Was Pushing Two Buttons At Once. Their Stuff Is Great In Concept But Just Not Executed Very Well. Their Customer Is Excellent. I Returned Both Without Any Issues.

My hands are around 20 cm too and I went with the curved palm rest—it feels more natural and comfortable for long sessions. The paddles take a little getting used to, but adjusting the angles helps a lot. If it doesn’t fit right, Azeron support is good about helping with swaps or adjustments. I’d say go for it, the customization really helps with bigger hands.
