I just purchased my second keypad and upgraded to cyborg 2. I've just set it up and am having issues with the joystick. First of all after calibration the joystick does not function properly as movements like up and down registered as diagonal movements. I adjusted the angle setting to 52 to correct as best as I could. Now my second issue, strafing is really slow and the upper and lower deadzones are already set to 0. I'm gaming on the PS5 with the xim adapter and never had any issues with my older cyborg besides a few loose towers. Any solution for this?

sounds like one of the axis is not receiving the signal. Try re-sitting the wires for X and Y axis
Unscrew palmrest, locate the x and y wires, unscrew the pin, remove the wire and then reinsert it, make sure the bare wire goes in the holder, no insulaton cable and then tighten the screw down.
