Hi there!

Like the thread title says: One of my buttons doesn´t work properly. 20 or 30 or even klicks are recognized correctly. But then, nothing happens for 1 klick. After that, many klicks are fine, till 1 klick won´t work again. And so on...
I tried different games/tried it in windows. But everywhere the same. I also tried other buttons, but they work hundreds of times correctly.

My first thought: The switch is broken. I´m still in warranty, so no big thing. Nevertheless, I would first like to rule out all other possible reasons.
Any ideas what i could do/try? Something in the software or whatever?

Sometimes temperature changes make parts expand or contract so the wire might lose connection. Unplug your usb first, then open up the palmrest by unscrewing the 3 deep recessed screws underneath the Azeron, then lift the palmrest off your keypad. Inspect the wires if everything seems connected. Check for your non-functioning key in this circuit diagram: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1axo-aO__DAPN0JLOLPwUEd83HLnrzD6jn3QIbucUIO4/edit?usp=sharing
Disconnect the wire for that key and re-connect it again, making sure the wire is making a clean contact and no insulation is stuck in the screw-in clamp. You can plug in your usb again while the palmrest is open to test the key, just make sure you are not touching any of the wires or board while your Azeron is plugged in.
