Azeron software wont open

my azeron software wont open, ive tried installing the latest software and old previous version aswell and none of them come up on the screen, was working perfectly fine 2 days ago, has anyone come across this bug before and potentially knows how to fix it?

The keypad is not connected.
Start off with usb troubleshoot. Change the cable, change the usb connection on teensy board.
clean reset is always recommended, with uninstalling Azeron from PC.
Did you connect anything new to PC by any chance ? A controller perhaps ? Try disconnecting everything, but mouse, keyboard and Azeron and restart PC
Does your PC recognise it in device manager?
