I've tried everything i can find to resolve this issue and i cant seem to find a solution. I've deleted and reinstalled the software and when i get to the point of finding my device when I'm doing the firmware manually i cant get it to connect. I've made sure multiple times that its plugged in enough and yes the lights are on.
