Azeron Inputs lag or spam

I am unsure of how to give the best accuracy for this issue. I play a game called Smite 2. Recently when loaded into a game while playing I lose control of the character and whatever the last directional input that was pressed at the time the problem occurs is the direction the character walks. I am unable to control anything or use any abilities and I have found no way to stop it during the problem or resolve whats causing it.

I havent been able to find any forums or helpful content as to whats happening when this occurs in game. Can anyone be of help or maybe have an idea as to something I can use to see whats happening when it occurs?

Sounds like the device is disconnecting.
Check if the issue occurs in any other games.
Test few profiles, preferably onboard and software.

Verify if the device disconnects from the device manager
