azeron cyborg II issues

Hi im new to this type of software and i'm trying to figure out how to fix it. right now it currently says its connected in my devices but the led wont light up and keeps me stuck on "select your device" on the azeron app its not the usb cable as i've switched it out, i've tried different ports, ive reinstalled the app and the software. edit i forgot to mention its only showing up as an xbox 360 controller even after ive reset my firmware and did a hard reset

open device manager, change the view to view by container and screenshot the Azeron dropdown

Do you have Rewasd installed and running ?

Shows up correctly on the device manager, but the led off could still mean there is an issue, unless the led is turned off.

Try the manual reflash -

, but instead of latest firmware version, choose the earliest firmware version in the folder.
Then connect to software and it will prompt for an update, which you say yes to
