Given my first post on the CYRO discussion came up with one comment and it did not address the problem I will post here after massive hours of trying on my own to get the Classic and the Cyro to work together. This is just a big disappointment and I doubt your software has any fix?

I adjusted my Cyro to handle two profiles to switch between and the Classic to use just one profile.

A NEW PROBLEM since I have adjusted the profiles is the software CANNOT allow the different controllers to work one on ON-Board Profiles while the other is on Software Profiles. This software switches from one problem to another. This product has been around for several years and I had major problems with the Classic when I bought it too. I left the Classic alone for years due to how much a hassle it is getting it to work and nothing has changed.

Profiles from the Cyro dumbly transfer over to the Classic and the Classic Profiles dumbly transfer over to the Cyro. The software cannot separate the two controllers and even if it does work for a few minutes it reverts back to the same problems again. Programmed key commands sometime switch to other commands randomly as a Cyro profile thinks it is a Classic profile and visa-versa.

Given the flaws in you software I don't see updating my Old Classic controller to a Cyborg 2 would really fix anything? I feel like I am Charlie Brown (from the cartoon) and your software is the teacher at his school blurting out "Wonk Wa Wonk Wonk Waa".

I have blown hours of my time working on this and you have not responded back with anything useful.

Sorry for the rant. You all are likely out of the office? Hope you can help after the holidays?

It's true that newcomers often get few scratch games online comments on discussion threads. I've actually never encountered your problem before, so it's difficult to respond. It's great to be able to exchange and share new knowledge.
