I have mild OCD with things, so i have my binds etc, yet 6 slots are spare, so i have blanked them out. They remain on the profile as black rectangles.
Is there anyway to remove them so all my binds show with no spaces?

Sadly, as of now, there's no way to hide them

You can bind the unused slots to a harmless key like Pause or Scroll Lock, or use a macro that does nothing. This way, they appear assigned and won't stand out as empty.
