Would this work well as an adaptive controler for my disabled brother?

Hello, my brother has Federick's Ataxia and suffers from significant mobility issues which effects his co-ordination.

He has began to struggle with the analog sticks on the xbox controller, and I was curious if there are any disabled users here, that use this device to help overcome some mobility challenges.

The idea on Azeron is to use analogue for movement in-game. If he is struggling with analog stick, Azeron might not be the best option.
But would love to hear other opinions.

If he set keybinds on the fingers to WASD, he could remove need for the thumb stick for movement. It would not be analog, but would be functional.
