My cyborg got weird orientation movement after 4 months of use, today I replaced the thumbstick, it always points diagonally up, I guess it might be damaged, replaced the thumbstick again, no help, reset clear still no result , but the 5 direction stick is working normally, the picture is the line after my repair, does it look normal, or is it some other problem?

Check to see if any wires are loose on the Teensy Board. you can find a wiring diagram here https://github.com/melaphor/trackzeron

Don't think the pot is broken since you swapped two. Might be that the board was overheated at some point, that would be my guess.
